According to Ken Rosenthal, Delgados agent David Sloane informed him that Delgado went under the knife for the 2nd time within a year, due to a shoddy hip that sidelined him for a majority of the season in 2009.
So i believe thats offically the end of the Delgado era in New York, well in Flushing that is.
